Welcome to my corner of the internet, where I share my passion for movement, wellness, and living wildly well. You may know me as @movemint.and.yoga on Instagram, where I started as yogibrarian and have grown into a space dedicated to exploring how yoga, fitness, and mindfulness can seamlessly fit into everyday life.
For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in yoga, and even longer than that in strength training, calisthenics, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. But movement isn’t just about the gym or the yoga mat for me—it’s about how it enhances every part of life, whether that’s hiking through nature, gardening in my backyard, or enjoying a meal made with fresh, nourishing ingredients.
I believe that health and wellness are a journey, not a destination. It’s about finding balance through movement, mindfulness, and nourishment, and I’m here to help you do just that. I share resources and inspiration for yoga, fitness, and lifestyle, with a focus on practical and sustainable approaches to living well.
In addition to movement, I’m passionate about gardening and cooking—two practices that nourish both body and soul. Gardening connects me to nature, and cooking allows me to nourish myself and others with wholesome food. I hope to inspire you to incorporate these practices into your own life, creating a holistic sense of wellness that works for you.
