Day 6 Jump Forward, Jump Back
One of the most versatile skills in flow, jumping forward and jumping back. Jumping to and from crow is a great step to jumping all the way through!
Day 7 Hands Free Leg Day Flow
Crow really is a fully body strength movement. Take a wrist weight bearing break and try this firey hands-free flow!
Day 8 Baby Crow and Boat Flow
Shoulders and core are the focus of this video and a quick setup for baby crow.
