Foundations for Flying Pigeon
So you have already got a decent pigeon and want to fly it? Taking off takes a lot of core, leg, glute, and of course arm balance strength! This video shows an active warm-up targeting the working muscles to take flight and introduces it in flow. If your hips are not fans of pigeon, or you can’t hold an arm balance such as crow, you may want to work on those before jumping into a flying pigeon.
